How an indoor skydiving session works in San Francisco

The session starts with a short preparation where the instructor explains the basic posture (body position, arm placement) and how to enter the flight chamber. Gear is provided on site: flight suit, helmet, goggles. The first flight is for getting your bearings in the airflow. Between the two flights, the instructor gives simple, concrete feedback, then the second flight lets you go again with a more stable posture. A souvenir certificate is provided at the end.
