Booking an activity
Create an account
Creating a customer account is mandatory to book an activity or to buy a gift voucher. The account can be created either via the "My account" tab in the menu or during the purchase process. You will be asked for basic information: last name, first name, postal address, email address and phone number.
The complete deletion of your information can be carried out on simple request or automatically if you do not use the account for 3 years.
Finding an activity
Activity booking is done online, it is also possible to make a booking by contacting customer service at 04.22.23.54.32.
To book online, choosing an activity is necessary. To find an activity, you can either browse the full list of all activities offered on 2DOLIST, or use the search engine and its many filters: type of activity, region, department, number of people, price range, location on the map… In any case, if you do not find what you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us.
Making a booking request
Once you have found the activity, you can indicate the date and time of day you want, morning, afternoon or full day. We will then send this request to our partner carrying out the activity. The provider has 72 hours to validate the proposed time slot, or to contact you to offer another date. Once the activity is confirmed, you will receive the address and the exact time of the meeting.
Payment
Once the booking request is completed, you will be invited to pay the amount of the service by bank card. At this stage, no debit will be made on your card. The debit will only be made when the partner carrying out the activity validates a date. In the event of a refusal by the partner, incompatibility between your availabilities and theirs, or any other issue justifying a refusal of the booking request, the authorization will be cancelled and no debit will be made on your card. However, be careful because some banks proceed to debit the amount of the authorization; depending on your bank this is normal and the amount will be credited back in case of refusal.
Offering a gift voucher
You can select a gift voucher in order to receive a voucher valid for 1 year to carry out the chosen activity. Gift vouchers can be extended for 2 additional years free of charge on simple request before the expiry date. This voucher can be transferred to another person. You will simply have to book the activity on our website indicating that you have a gift voucher, then follow the booking request procedure described above and payment will be made with the gift voucher.
Gift vouchers can be used for activities other than those indicated on the gift voucher; the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the activity booked.
Gift vouchers are either sent free of charge by email as soon as payment has been made, or sent by post. The choice of how to receive the voucher is made at step 2 of the purchase.
Changing a booking
Postponing a booking
You can postpone a booking according to the conditions of the partner, which will be indicated on the activity page. Most partners accept postponements of activities but with a deadline to be respected, so make sure you carefully read the postponement conditions.
Cancelling a booking
It is possible to cancel a booking request as long as the partner has not confirmed the booking. A "cancel order" button is available on your booking in the customer account; any cancellation request must imperatively go through this button.
On the day of the activity
You must show up at the time and address indicated on the exchange voucher. Presenting the exchange voucher (on any medium) is mandatory; the partner will scan the QR code on the voucher to trigger the start of the activity.
Then we let you enjoy your activity; everything will be done with the partner. Of course, we remain at your disposal if you have any questions and this at any time.
At the end of the activity, you can log in to your customer account to indicate that the activity has been carried out, which helps the partners because they will then be able to receive the amount of the service immediately. So do not hesitate, it will only take a few seconds and helps our partners who do their best to ensure you have an extraordinary time.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem during the performance of the service, a complaint button is available in your customer account; this will trigger the opening of a file and we will take care of resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Questions about the different activities
Skydiving
How long does the climb in the plane last?
The climb in the plane lasts between 13 and 20 minutes. During the climb you will be able to admire the scenery and your instructor will give you the last instructions before the jump.
At what altitude does a tandem skydive take place?
Most jumps are done at 4,000 meters (about 13,000 ft) altitude. At this height, the freefall lasts about 50 seconds before the parachute opens. However, depending on the weather conditions, the altitude can go down to 3,000 meters.
At what height is the parachute opened?
The instructor will open the parachute at around 1,500 meters altitude, then you will enjoy several minutes under canopy before returning to the ground.
Is a skydive tiring?
A skydive uses a lot of energy; the adrenaline rush causes fatigue once it goes down. It is strongly recommended to eat before you jump, especially if the jump takes place in the morning, in order to avoid a drop in energy during the climb in the plane. The altitude, stress and adrenaline will cause fatigue after the jump, so do not plan anything tiring or a long drive if you are the one driving.
How should I dress for a skydive?
You should know that there is about a 26-degree difference between the ground and 4,000 meters, but the feeling of cold will be slightly reduced by the adrenaline. Clothing should not be too loose or too thick in order to allow freedom of movement. In winter, plan to wear gloves and warm underwear. Shoes should be low cut and firmly fastened.
Airplane flight
Can I take the controls during a sightseeing flight in an airplane?
During a sightseeing flight, the answer is no; only introductory flights allow this. The regulations governing discovery flights (formerly called "first flight") do not provide for the passenger to pilot the airplane. Your pilot will be in charge of the controls and will explain the basics of flying. You will discover the landscapes of your region from above and it is really worth it. If you want to be able to take the controls, choose an introductory flight; introductory flights are preceded by a briefing and are carried out by an instructor.
How long does a sightseeing flight in an airplane last?
A sightseeing flight in an airplane lasts 30 minutes, which also includes taxiing. This duration is set by regulation and organizations operating this type of flight must comply with very strict aviation rules. However, the total duration of the activity including briefing, aircraft presentation, flight and return is between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes.
Ultralight (ULM) flight
What is the difference between a 3-axis ULM, powered paraglider, weight-shift ULM and autogyro?
ULM aircraft are ultra-light airplanes that must comply with a maximum weight and power, but there are several types of ULM.
The best known and most widespread is the 3-axis ULM, or multi-axis, which looks in every way like a small airplane, with an engine and a fixed wing controlled on 3 axes like an airplane (pitch, roll and yaw).
The weight-shift ULM
The weight-shift ULM is a motorized trike attached under a hang-glider type wing. It is available in single-seat or two-seat versions.
The autogyro ULM
The autogyro is a single-engine ULM with a rotor on top, similar in appearance to a helicopter. The autogyro can be single-seat or two-seat depending on the model.
The powered paraglider ULM
The powered paraglider is supported by a paraglider type wing with an engine and propeller mounted behind the pilot.
Hot air balloon flight
How is a hot air balloon steered?
The hot air balloon follows the direction of the winds. The pilot will therefore try to find winds at different altitudes in order to move in the desired direction, so it is very rare to land in the same place as the take-off, because even though pilots are trained for this, there is always some uncertainty about the landing place. This is what makes it an activity that absolutely has to be experienced.
Is there a weight limit for taking a hot air balloon flight?
There is indeed a weight limit; you can find this information directly on the activity pages on our website. This weight depends on the equipment used and on the partner carrying out the activity.
How should I dress for a hot air balloon flight?
Light trousers and comfortable clothing will be enough. Hot air balloons only fly in clear weather. Still, plan to take a warm garment, as the temperature can be cool at altitude.
Glider flight
How does take-off with a glider work?
Most of the time, the glider is towed by an airplane to take off. Once a certain altitude is reached, the airplane releases the glider, which can then fly by gliding and using rising air currents to climb if needed.
There are also different systems, such as electric motors fitted to the glider, allowing it to be self-sufficient to reach the desired altitude before shutting down the engine and gliding.
How should I dress for a glider flight?
Plan to wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season; you can bring a warm garment just in case, depending on the time of year. A cap and sunglasses will also be necessary.
Helicopter flight
How does a first flight in a helicopter take place?
Your experience will start with a welcome and presentation of the flight, followed by a safety briefing, then it is time to board. The pilot will start the engine and request take-off clearance by radio. Then you are off for the flight according to the chosen option. After the flight, you return to the airfield with an approach carried out according to the rules of the art and a smooth landing.
How should I dress for a helicopter flight?
You should dress according to the season. In winter, helicopters have heating inside; in summer, there is very rarely air conditioning. The distance between the building and the helicopter can be more or less long depending on the airfield, and the time spent outdoors will therefore be more or less long. Plan clothing as if you were going for a walk in the area. Also plan to bring a cap and sunglasses.
Paragliding flight
How does a tandem paragliding flight work?
After the welcome, a pre-flight briefing will be given to explain everything you need to know so that the flight takes place in the best conditions. Depending on the centers, you may be able to attend the instructor's weather briefing. You will then go to the take-off area, either on foot or by car depending on the site. Once you arrive, the instructor will prepare the equipment and get you ready. After the final instructions, it is time for take-off. Depending on the planned route, the wind and the aerological conditions, your instructor will arrange your flight.
How should I dress for a paragliding flight?
Depending on the season, plan one or more layers according to the cold. Avoid big sweaters that would restrict your movement; prioritise several thin layers of clothing. Wide, comfortable trousers, as well as a hat and gloves depending on the season, are recommended.
