How an indoor skydiving session works in Florida

It starts with check-in at the center and a briefing that focuses on what really matters in a tunnel: body position, stability, and how to enter the airflow without losing balance. Once the instructions are understood, you’re geared up with the flight suit, helmet, and goggles, then you head to the flight area with your instructor, who assists you from start to finish.

The first flight is for getting your bearings: the main goal is to get into the right position and hold a stable posture. After this first flight, the instructor gives feedback on what worked and what needs to be adjusted (arm position, alignment, relaxing). The second flight lets you apply these corrections and enjoy a cleaner flight. At the end, a souvenir certificate is provided. It’s up to you to keep progressing indoors or to be tempted by a tandem skydive in Florida.
